Smoked Troll King


Wild king salmon are caught off the Pacific coast of California, Oregon, Washington, Canada and Alaska using traditional lines from small fishing boats. Their deep red meat color, high oil content and delicious flavor make them truly the "king" of all salmon. Our hot smoked king is brined with a coating of black pepper or garlic and fully cooked.

Our Troll King Salmon Lox is salted and cold smoked, then thinly sliced with our state of the art European slicer.
