World’s Best Tuna Fish Sandwich

4 oz. Fish Brothers Smoked Albacore Tuna

2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise- More or less to taste

1 Tbsp. chopped onions

1 Tbsp. chopped celery

2 slices -Your favorite bread

This should make 1 large or 2 small sandwiches

The smoky flavor adds an incredible new dimension to tuna fish sandwiches. Try this, we know you’ll love it!

Smoked Salmon Pasta Salad

4 oz. Fish Brothers Smoked Salmon

1 lb. Rotini Pasta cooked

3 Tbsp. Olive Oil

1 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar

3 Tbsp. capers

1 red bell pepper diced

1/2 red onion diced

Salt and pepper to taste

The Perfect Bagel

One plain or Onion Bagel

Cream Cheese

1-2 oz. Fish Brothers Nova or Sockeye Lox

2 Thin Slices Red Onion

1 tsp. Capers

Spread Cream cheese on bagel.

Add Lox, onion and capers.  Enjoy!!
