 Fish Brothers will custom smoke the fish you catch or purchase to your specifications. Whether locally caught or shipped to us, we can custom smoke your fish with a variety of spices. We can hot smoke your product in any size or cold smoke and slice it on our state of the art lox slicer.

We can also vacuum pack your finished product in a variety of plain or gold foil pouches to your specifications.
