We are now producing excellent lox in three styles-Traditional atlantic, our Premium Nova, and an all natural premium Wild Alaskan Sockeye salmon lox! Our sliced lox sides are very price competitive. We also have beautifully packaged 4 oz. retail lox portions.
We also produce many hot smoked delicacies such as wild Sockeye salmon, wild Alaskan salmon in three unique styles, salmon jerky and line caught albacore tuna.
We are FDA inspected and comply with HACCP, the FDA's food safety plan.
